We use Pudo for nationwide deliveries to ensure the most cost-effective and efficient method, without compromising the integrity of your order. If you are unsatisfied with Pudo, and would prefer to have your order delivered through a specific company, please contact us before placing your order in order for us to accommodate your request.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order. Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
Unfortunately, we can’t change the fact that shipping from South Africa to another continent is expensive.
Processing Time
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location: Orders within South Africa may take up to 3 working days. For international shipping, due to customs delays, delivery may take up to 7 working days.
Please note that delivery times may be delayed during holidays and peak shopping seasons.
International Shipping
Due to customs delays, delivery may take up to 7 working days, but we endeavour to get your package to you as soon as possible.

Order Tracking
For international orders, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your order on DHL’s website: https://mydhl.express.dhl/us/en/tracking.html
For orders within South Africa, you can track your package using Courier Guy’s tracking website: https://portal.thecourierguy.co.za/track . After your package has been delivered to the Pudo locker of your choice, you will be sent a collection pin via SMS.
Order Issues
To safeguard your consignment, we suggest paying the additional fee for shipping insurance, therefore if your package is damaged or lost, the courier company will be held liable and will replace it without extra costs to you. We cannot be held liable for shipping damage, but do look at each case individually, in order to resolve the issue as best as possible.

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed upon by our website or our customers, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the claim and take appropriate action to remedy the situation.
